The digital asset hosting service (WIX) provides me with the online platform through which I can offer my services to you. Your data can be stored through my hosting provider's data storage, databases, and general applications. It stores your data outside the EU on secure servers behind a firewall, and it provides secure HTTPS access to most areas of its services.

Storage period/deletion period

I will retain your information for as long as necessary to provide my services, comply with my legal and contractual obligations to you, and enforce our agreements. I can correct, supplement or delete incorrect or incomplete data at any time at my own discretion.

 

Newsletter (Yin Post)

The legal basis for data processing for the purpose of sending the newsletter is your consent. I process your data for the purpose of sending the newsletter until you revoke your consent. To process the newsletter dispatch, I work with an operator of a newsletter management system based outside the EU. With regard to your data stored by me, you are generally entitled to information, correction, restriction and objection to data processing as well as deletion and portability of your data.
